All candidates must have an interest in Italian cuisine, a passion for excellence, and be excited to work alongside Executive Chef Suzette Gresham in furthering the vision of Acquerello as one of the finest Italian restaurants in the country.The Pastry Sous Chefwill work directly with the Executive Pastry Chef in menu ideation and production.
